safety laminated glass production. It is used to manufacture flat& bend safety laminated glass with PVB interlayer.

2.6  Semi-automatic Laminated Glass Production Line Process of the Plant 

- Selecting the orders and parameters which have been saved or setting new parameters in each section.

-Loading glass sheet manually or by suction cap.

-Glass entering into glass washing machine to be washed by water and dried by high pressure air automatically.

-Glass entering into cleaning room, where glass, PVB layer, glass are laid up semi-automatically with the help of scissor-type walking suction.

-Glass coming out from cleaning room and entering into preheating-prepressing machine to be heated and squeezed.

- Unloading glass sheet manually or by suction cap

- Feed laminated glass into autoclave for the last process

3. Main Configuration features of each equipment of  Semi-automatic Laminated Glass Production Line 

  3.1 Glass washing& drying machine of  Semi-automatic Laminated Glass Production Line 

3.1.1 The main conveyor is gear conveying and driven by frequency conversion motor with the digital 

convey speed displayer.

3.1.2 The lift propeller shaft adopts straight chrome-plating shaft.

3.1.3 There is stainless water pan in the loading section; and the rollers in loading section are 10mm deep into the water pan, which 

washes the rollers clean while running. There is showering system in the loading section, and a separate water box is equipped.

3.1.4 The upper part of cleaning section and air-dry section can be lift by 450mm

3.1.5 There are totally 3 pairs of brush rollers, the last two of the three upper rollers are soft brush rollers for Low E glass washing. The upper and lower brushes have independent driving motors, and triangle belts are used for transmission. 

3.1.6 There are two pairs of stainless steel air knives, one of which is straight, the other is slant. The air knives are made of stainless steel.

3.1.7 There is one set leaf valve in the blower air intake, when power failure happens, the valve closed makes the air pressure very low to 

avoid air knife mark and water mark on glass surface.

3.1.8 The gear shafts adopts straight chrome-plating shaft. 

    3.2 Semi-automatic lay-up section of  Semi-automatic Laminated Glass Production Line 

3.2.1 The universal wheel in the pop-up table use polyurethane material.

3.2.2 All the conveying roller core adopts straight chrome-plating shaft.

3.2.3 The scissor-type walking suction cap has an option to walk automatically forward and backward to null position.

3.2.4 The speed-adjustable transit conveyor highly improves the running efficiency of the line by regulating the glass walking speed between lay-up section and press machine.

3.2.5 The PVB paver can handle three different rolls of PVB film in the same time.

3.3 Preheating& prepressing Machine of  Semi-automatic Laminated Glass Production Line 

3.3.1 Main conveyor  of  Semi-automatic Laminated Glass Production Line is gear driven 

and frequency adjustment.

3.3.2 The conveying roller is Kevlar roped and the roller core adopts straight chrome-plating shaft. 

3.3.3 There are two pairs of press rollers, each pair of press roller has independent driving motor, and chain is used for transmission.

3.3.4 The distance between each press roller is controlled by encoder and the result is digital displayed. 

3.3.5 There is spiral air vent in press roller, and the upper press roller is softer than the lower.

3.3.6 There are 3 heating ovens, the inner side of the heating oven is covered with mirror reflection board.

3.3.7 The covers are powder painted.

          FUNCTION AND COMPONENTS  of  Semi-automatic Laminated Glass Production Line 

Autoclave is the key equipment of laminated glass production line. It allows

 glass+PVB+glass adhere firmly through heating, pressing in certain time and circumstances. 

The autoclave is composed of heat protected autoclave body with heating, coiling system and control system.

          MAIN CHARACTERISTICS of  Semi-automatic Laminated Glass Production Line 

I. Energy efficiency: The installed power rate is less 40% than traditional autoclave, while the production period shortened, 

resulted energy consumption shut-down obviously.

II. Cleaning: No lampblack pollution, no noise.

        Control system character and safety protection of  Semi-automatic Laminated Glass Production Line 

1. There are automatic and manual operation systems. The autoclave can running fully automatic after the parameter set.

 While when needed, it can be shifted to manual operation system.

2. Adjustable Control system, customer can adjust parameter according to the practical glass quantity and thickness

3. Equipped with manual interlock and mechanical safety valve, ensure the door can not be open when there is still pressure 

in autoclave; and relief valve vent automatically when over-pressure.

4. With automatic interlock,the door motor power is automatically cut when the pressure sensor detects there's still pressure 

in the autoclave. When over pressure and over temperature, the electro-magnetic valve can work automatically to release.

5. When the door teeth are in place, the autoclave process can start.
