Solar Module Assembling Line -Glass Washing& Drying Machine LKS-G2050 ( Glass Washing Machine ) applied to toughed glass washing before layup and laminating process in solar module manufacturing. This 

machine automatically finished rinsing, washing and hot air drying on the glass with simple operation and high

 efficiency.

Solar Module Assembling Line -Glass Washing& Drying Machine LKS-G2050   1.The main conveyor is gearconveying and driven by frequency conversion motor with the digital convey 

    speed displayer.

 2 The lift propeller shaft adopts straight chrome-plating shaft.

3 There is stainless water pan in the  Glass Washing machine loading section; and the rollers in 

loading section are 10mm deep into the water pan, which washes the rollers clean while running. 

There is showering system in the  Glass Washing machine loading section, and a separate water box is 

equipped.

4 The upper part of Glass Washing machine 
 cleaning section and air-dry section can be lift by 450mm

5 There are totally 3 pairs of brush rollers, the last two of the three upper rollers are soft brush rollers for

 Low-E glass washing. The upper and lower brushes have independent driving motors, and triangle

 belts are used  for transmission.  

6 There are two pairs of stainless steel air knives, one of which is straight, the other is slant. The air knives 

are made of stainless steel.

7 There is one set leaf valve in the blower air intake, when power failure happens, the valve closed makes

 the air pressure very low to avoid air knife mark and water mark on glass surface.

8 The gear shafts adopts straight chrome-plating shaft.
